Privacy and data handling

SukiGo Privacy Policy

This policy explains the categories of information SukiGo processes, why the information is used, and the choices available to platform administrators, merchants, riders, and customers.

Information processed

Depending on how you use SukiGo, the platform may process account and contact information, station and branch settings, customer and address details, products, orders, deliveries, payment records, gallon and inventory activity, support requests, audit events, and technical device or usage information.

How information is used

Information is used to provide and secure the requested platform functions, isolate tenant records, authenticate users, process station subscriptions, deliver service communications, maintain audit history, troubleshoot problems, and improve reliability. SukiGo does not need a customer’s card details for ordinary water-order records.

Service providers and disclosure

SukiGo may use configured hosting, email, storage, queue, monitoring, and subscription-billing providers to operate the service. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users and the platform, or during an authorized business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and security

Records are retained for legitimate operational, contractual, security, backup, and legal needs. SukiGo uses measures such as authentication, authorization, tenant isolation, secure connections, activity logs, and backups, but no online system can promise absolute security.

Your choices and requests

Users may update available profile and station settings, manage notification preferences, and contact SukiGo about applicable access, correction, or deletion requests. A station remains responsible for its lawful handling of customer and employee information entered into its account.
