Using the SukiGo platform
These terms describe the basic responsibilities that apply when accessing SukiGo. By creating or using an account, you agree to use the platform lawfully and according to the permissions granted to you.
You are responsible for accurate registration information, safeguarding credentials, assigning appropriate staff access, and activity performed through your account. Rider, customer, merchant, and platform interfaces must only be used by authorized users.
Merchants control the station information they enter and are responsible for lawful collection, accuracy, customer communication, pricing, product availability, deliveries, payments, employment practices, and business compliance. SukiGo provides management tools and is not the water seller, delivery operator, employer, or payment recipient for household water orders.
Feature access and usage limits depend on the active plan and subscription status shown in the service. Paid subscription checkout and billing management may be handled by the configured billing provider. Plans, prices, limits, and features may change with appropriate notice where required.
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, upload unlawful or malicious material, probe another tenant’s data, evade usage limits, or use SukiGo to violate the rights of another person.
Access may be restricted for security threats, unlawful use, material breach, unpaid or expired subscription states, or operational necessity. Data is not automatically deleted merely because a subscription expires. These terms may be updated as the service develops, with the current version published on this page.
SukiGo is provided subject to the applicable plan and available service levels. To the extent permitted by law, users remain responsible for business decisions, records, deliveries, collections, and compliance, and SukiGo is not liable for indirect losses beyond applicable contractual or legal limits.
