SukiGo practical guide

How to Assign Orders to Riders

Rider assignment works best when the dispatcher can see who is active, which branch they serve, and what work is already assigned.

By SukiGo Product Team

Step 1

Keep rider accounts current

Use an individual rider account with the correct branch, active status, vehicle details, and cash-collection permission.

Step 2

Check availability and branch

Assign only an on-duty, eligible rider from the order branch. This protects branch isolation and prevents work from appearing in the wrong rider account.

Step 3

Assign a delivery batch

Group ready orders, confirm the stop order, and assign the batch. The rider should receive only the customer and delivery information needed for those stops.

Step 4

Review delivery history

Use recorded start, arrival, completion, failure, payment, and proof activity to resolve questions and improve future assignments.
