SukiGo practical guide

How to Monitor Water Station Inventory

A reliable inventory balance explains why stock changed instead of relying on one editable number.

By SukiGo Product Team

Step 1

Set products and locations

Identify which products track inventory and where each branch stores them. Record a verified opening quantity before daily movements begin.

Step 2

Record replenishment

Enter purchases and production when they happen. Production should record both the output produced and any tracked materials consumed.

Step 3

Connect orders to stock

Confirmed eligible orders reserve available stock. Actual delivery deducts the delivered quantity while cancellation or under-delivery releases the unused reservation.

Step 4

Count and reconcile

Use stock counts and reasoned adjustments to resolve physical differences. Review low-stock indicators and movement history before replenishing.
